Following a successful debut in London in 2005, Singapore Season was held in the Chinese capital, Beijing, and China’s financial hub, Shanghai, from 12 October to 10 November this year. Singapore is the first Asian country to be invited to present a national Cultural Week at the China Shanghai International Arts Festival (CSIAF) and various arts events were presented by both CSIAF and the Beijing Music Festival.
